MIDI floorboard fx pedal BT

Here are images and information on the DIY MIDI floorboard control. This is a rough project outline I will be making it more understandable and include files and code. I wanted to get it out there so I could have a frame of reference as to how I need to publish it all 🙂 I’ve found this helps with my procrastination…

This board is reliant on the ESP32s3 dev.board 1.0 made with easyEdea from China board builder.

This board is a complete build using ESP32s3 WROOM chip made with easyEdea from China board builder.

This is a modular setup from available off the shelf parts.

Top of this schematic is ESP32s3 devboard version. Bottom is full build wroom chip version.

Here are the build files

There are some things that need finishing and adjusting. I’m going to list them here and start working on them in time… Setup menu and local editing functions for one. But web interface works although I need to make it nicer. And some build ideas as well as post my STL files for 3d Printed pedals and displays. Add expression pedal jacks. Get BT & USB MIDI going. code macros for on/off effect using toggle commands one button. I’d like to use rotary encoder for menu but they’re unstable. ps. there are many configuration options so that’s not an issue I’m actually building an 18 button by six one for The pocketMaster right now.
